About me

Hi, I’m Brandon—a Minnesota-based Product Designer with 15+ years of experience. While I would consider myself a Generalist, my expertise runs deepest with interaction and high-polish user interface design.

I’m currently at Marvin, where I lead the evolution and scaling of our multi-brand, multi-product design system. In addition to system work, I’m often tapped for high-priority, high-impact UX initiatives and play an active role in shaping design team operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Previously, I was at DUOS, helping the organization transition to a digital-first model. My work centered on building a design system foundation and designing solutions that improved member activation and engagement.

Before that, I led a remote, multidisciplinary design team at UnitedHealthcare as Director of UX. There, I oversaw the design process across five product teams, driving efforts to improve member financial well-being through measurable improvements in NPS, user satisfaction, and cost reduction.

Beyond work, you can find me outdoors or traveling with my family, at a hockey rink or soccer field no matter the season or playing guitar and writing music.
