Hello, I'm Brandon Hagstrom, a design leader bringing people together to craft data-informed, human-centered experiences that businesses and brands leverage to connect, expand, and maintain valuable customer relationships.


Throughout my career I’ve taken on various roles in UX design execution, strategy, operations, and people management. Having navigated a diverse set of industries, I’ve also demonstrated expertise in digital products, websites (brochureware and ecommerce), native apps, email and print marketing, graphic design, and visual identity.

In my recent role, I led a remote, multidisciplinary team focused on members' financial well-being in the healthcare and insurance landscape. As director, I managed and executed upon five product roadmaps, driving NPS, user satisfaction, and cost reduction by uniting experiences, and delivering solutions that aligned with user needs.
